Description and Requirements
岗位职责:
1. 负责联想消费互联网软件小乐智能及其他AIGC产品运营策略制定和运营策略落地;
2. 跟随产品“前期分析-方案-设计-研发-数据验证-策略优化-产品迭代”的全周期,对产品体验以及用户规模负责;
3. 通过数据分析以及用户需求调研,挖掘产品用户使用中的痛点,为产品迭代提供方向参考;
4. 收集和整理与 AIGC 相关的数据,包括用户行为数据、内容生成数据等,提供数据分析报告,为 AIGC 产品和业务提供数据支持和决策建议;
5. 通过AIGC相关产品实现互联网软件用户规模的增长,根据市场、数据以及用户反馈进行策略的调整;
职位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,互联网行业或AI智能领域相关工作经验优先。
2、具备敏锐的市场洞察,能够准确把握市场趋势变化捕捉用户用户需求。
3、对大语言模型技术有深入了解,包括大模型基础原理、知道常见LLM模型、了解prompt调优参数等。
4、出色的沟通和协调能力以及管理能力,能够带领运营团队与跨部门团队有效合作并推动业务发展。
5、具备创新思维和问题解决能力,能够快速适应和应对市场变化。
