Description and Requirements

  • Help develop and execute upon key parts of the ANZ Lenovo pricing and pursuit transformation strategy, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Assist and support the Tender & Proposal Lead with the tender management and bid management
  • Assist sales with putting together the best-of-breed tenders and proposals
  • Support ANZ based sales team with the completion of tenders, proposals and bids
  • Support the completion of post tender questionnaires and coordinate the provision of customer requested information
  • Coordinate the contract handover process and ensure all contract information is logged and required contract forms completed
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously with high degree of motivation, energy, initiative and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities
  • Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations, and with various groups and individuals
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) with the ability to interface credibly with peers
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Internet and web based databases
  • Commercial understanding
  • Experience in IT industry or IT related role
  • Must be willing to work independently and lead and collaborate with remote ANZ based teams

  • Delivery of the Tender Management program
  • Delivery of Bid Management program
  • Key Performance Indicators set by manager
