Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for leading the implementation of various Field Service improvement programs across Asia Pacific. Watch dog for FS KPIs. Recommend and prioritize initiatives towards continuous improvement. Audit and risk management. Project Management of Field service transformation projects BMS and project review with leadership team. Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively interact and communicate with Executive Level. Work across various countries and diverse culture. Work with region teams for harmonization and standardization. Good organizational skills and experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. KPIs Focus and improve key operational and cost KPIs Field: CPMM, PPSN , RRR, NPRA,ECT CX: T3B OSAT; PX Cost - Control inefficiency and waste. Build an engaged and successful FS partners Community Successful implementation of AP Service Project Skills, qualifications and experience Required Engineering / Management degree from a premier university 15+ years of experience in service delivery and program management In-depth knowledge of cross functions tower of service delivery Knowledge and experience of visualization and analytical tools like , Power BI, QS , etc Innovative mindset and progressive outlook. English is mandatory and additional language will be added advantage.
