Description and Requirements

We are seeking a Program Specialist-Sales enablement, to partner with the  After Point of Sale (APOS) Leadership and assist in launching and executing on our key strategic programs for the Global APOS (Renewals) business. This individual will collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional teams to support new programs and deliver successfully against high standards. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the APOS HQ team with on-going training and sales enablement activities, vendor management, messaging for promotional content and any other support functions needed.
  • Supports the development, implementation, and execution of ongoing sales enablement sub-programs, special projects, and other initiatives designed to achieve the overall mission, goals, and objectives of the program.
  • Administers all facets of the day-to-day operations of the various programs and activities related to the position.
  • Serves as a liaison with internal stakeholders on all matters relating to program activities.
  • This position will work with stakeholders supporting the extended APOS Business Team, such as Sales, Service Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Business Transformation, IT, and the Partner team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of work experience in sales support or sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, varying timelines, and a variety of inputs from stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate details of programs, processes, and plans to various audiences.
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Business acumen, sales strategy experience and analytical background.
  • Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.

The base salary range for this position in Colorado, New York City, Nevada and Washington, is $75,000 - $85,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on
