Job overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive After Point of Sale (APOS) Program Manager to lead and manage our APOS initiatives in Asia Pacific region. This role is crucial in overseeing the development and execution of programs that enhance customer satisfaction, drive post-sales revenue, and optimize the customer experience after the initial sale. The ideal candidate have a deep understanding of post-sales strategy and processes, strong background in program management and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Experienced and motivated individual to lead After point of sales (APOS)-including warranty renewal and part sales business unit.
  • Develop and implement strategic programs focused on improving APOS activities, including warranty renewal and part sales management in order to drive growth and profitability in the APOS business unit
  • Oversee the implementation of sales programs, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategies and operational excellence.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, marketing teams, product teams, supply chain team to ensure alignment and support for APOS sales programs.
  • Work with local sales and marketing team to develop promotional campaigns/incentive programs to support the business
  • Collaborate with services sales leaders to drive sales efforts to achieve or exceed revenue targets for APOS segment
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business or related discipline.
  • Strong experience in Sales & Marketing and Program Management at regional level.
  • Relevant experience (10-13years) in After Point of Sales (APOS) or Out of Warranty(OOW), as strategic business program manager.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
