■Roles and responsibilities
As an Account Executive (Field Sales), you will propose hardware, software, and services to customers, solve their problems, and guide them to contract agreements. This is an important and responsible job where you represent the company and stand in front of customers.
-Analyse and understand customer needs and decision-making processes to make attractive proposals to customers
-Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as inside sales, partner sales, product-specific market development managers, and business partners, to lead business opportunities to success
-Understand customers' environments and positions in the market, and propose solutions from planning with hypotheses to solving potential issues
-Achieve individual sales goals to achieve company goals and objectives
-Accurately predict sales activities and revenue achievement by making appropriate judgments about the sales pipeline
-Conduct comprehensive account management, from proposing to potential customers, closing deals, follow-up after introducing products and services, and building relationships with customers for future purchases
-Collaborate with internal management to establish relationships with top management of customers.
