Description and Requirements


We are looking for a Account Manager Intern to assist the Motorola Smartphone B2C sales manager in developing B2C businesses in France. You will report directly to him within the Motorola France Smartphone team and interact with other Lenovo France teams all located in the same office.


You will assist the B2C sales manager on his whole perimeter and your main missions will be the following:

  • Presentation of the products to the customers.
  •  Response to tenders (especially on the technical and CSR part)
  •  Build up customer relationships (before and after-sales)
  •  Management of the partner relationship (resellers, operators, ...)
  •  Help in the search for new prospects (especially internally with Lenovo teams)
  •  First-level technical support.
  •  Follow-up of sales tools
  •  Competitive intelligence and updating of product presentations

The role will evolve according to the speed of learning, and the desires of the candidate as the mission progresses. You will have the chance to evolve in a recent entity in full development, all in an entrepreneurial spirit where product expertise and sales will be mixed. This work-study program will allow you to understand the sales process in a company from start to finish, to understand the role of the different partners in the sector, and to master the technical aspects of smartphones. You will have regular interactions with the technical and product teams as well as the support functions in Europe.


Position requirements:
We are primarily looking for a profile with the following traits:

  • Strong interest in technological products and techniques.
  • Strong sense of customer satisfaction
  • Autonomous, Entrepreneur
  • Thirst for learning
  • Rigorous and responsible

Beyond the profile, the following minimum skills are required:

  • Education: minimum 3 years of higher education, preferably 5 years (business school or engineering) - Ideally: from a technical than commercial background
  • Excellent command of written French
  • Excellent command of written English and good command of spoken English
  • Comfortable with the office suite/google
  • At ease with speaking to customers
  • A 2-year work-study program is desired
