Description and Requirements

Do you have an interesting background from finance?
In this role:
• You will be responsible for the daily management of an account portfolio and timely collection of outstanding debts.
• You will also develop and maintain the relationships with numerous customer contacts and serve as a focal point for all kind of customer inquiries, requests and complaints.
• You will be responsible mostly for the B2B customers and report to our Business Support Operations Manager based in Budapest as well.
• You will also prepare the materials for account reviews conducted at local and worldwide level. • You will ensure that accounts operate within approved guidelines and obtain the appropriate level of management approval. What is waiting for you in this job?
• Daily management of a large and complex account portfolio operating under multiple financing programs and representing varying degrees of risk.
• Identifying, reporting and resolving loss or risk exposures in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitoring all accounts for program compliance and take appropriate action in instances of non-compliance.
• Documenting clearly and accurately all customer communication and make sure that the organization is audit proof all the time.
• Coordination of account management activities, which may involve other Lenovo departments (Credit, Volume Purchase, Cash Application, A/R, Order Entry and Sales team).
• Designing and implementing programs to collect outstanding debts and minimize over 30 A/R position. Responding to internal and external customer requests and providing the updates on issues requiring resolution.

What do we expect from you?
• The position is also suitable for a Uni graduate with finance background (from part time jobs or University) or someone with 1-3 years of experience in finance.
• Good communication skills as you will be communicating with customers and resolving their issues in finance, account/customer management experience is a plus.
• You like to develop new plans and methods to accommodate business needs and recover outstanding debts.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, secured lending principals or relevant industry experience.
• Analytical and organizational skills are a great help when working in finance as well.
