Description and Requirements

We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our organization as an Acquisition Account Manager for our Healthcare sales segment. As a Healthcare Acquisition Account Manager for Lenovo, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction across a territory of assigned healthcare providers. These can be for example ISVs for doctor offices and pharmacies or hospitals directly. You will also be responsible for evangelizing and selling the differentiators of Lenovo Healthcare solutions. You will champion the innovative power of our products and services to make healthcare organizations more productive, collaborative and transformative.  You will develop strategies to acquire new healthcare customers, which means finding and implementing the best solutions will be critical to this role.  This is a client facing sales role requiring industry experience, with expertise in building C level relationships and solution selling. The reporting line is to Manager Business Development / Sales Healthcare.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Acquisition Territory: Oversee a territory of approximately 30-50 named healthcare provider accounts.
  • Achieve Revenue and Profit Objectives: Drive revenue and profit goals within the assigned territory.
  • Develop Sales Strategy: Create and implement aggressive sales strategies to acquire new healthcare customers.
  • Build High-Level Relationships: Establish and maintain C-level relationships, acting as a trusted consultant.
  • Adapt to Evolving Portfolio: Stay updated and adapt to Lenovo’s evolving device, software, services, and solution portfolio.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare, creating differentiation and value for customers.
  • Evangelize Lenovo Solutions: Promote and sell the unique differentiators of Lenovo Healthcare solutions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
  • Enterprise Technology Sales Experience: At least 5+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience.
  • Healthcare Sales Experience: Experience selling technology into the healthcare sector or related verticals is a plus.
  • Educational Background: BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts and achieving top performance.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Sales and Relationship Skills: Strong sales track record with a passion for winning business and developing new customer relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate vertical messaging and product advantages in the healthcare market.
  • Multi-Engagement Management: Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements simultaneously.
