Description and Requirements

Job Description:
1.Responsible for test design and solution evaluation of Smart Device products, ensuring product quality and time to market
2.Design test standard, test plan, test case, and develop test tools.
3.Deploy test environment, build test dataset, evaluate test model and framework, verify the effectiveness and stability of speech algorithms and model
4.Participate in audio-related test throughout the product life cycle, including functionality, performance, compatibility, subjective and objective test, report review, defect management, post-sales issues handling and improvement response
5.Engage in early-stage design review, proactively identify design risks, offer recommendations for improvement, and ensure the quality of audio design
6.Collaborate with R&D to successfully accomplish the new design implementation and testing
7.Conduct competitor analysis, update design specifications and validation standards, and provide strategic recommendations for product plan and design
8.Deep dive in industry trends and new technologies, continuously enhance professional skills, and ensure the leading edge of testing methods and tools
9.Have practical project experience in the field of audio and video, such as OpenCV and Librosa. Experience in performance optimization in high-load environments is preferred

Skill Requirements:
1.Master's degree or above in Acoustic, Signal processing, Computer science, Communication or related fields
2.Familiar with the basic principles and techniques of speech algorithms, with a deep understanding of AI speech enhancement (noise suppression, echo cancellation, beamforming, sound source localization, blind source separation, reverberation removal, noise reduction)., and understand DSP knowledge is better
3.Proficient in C/C++, Python, etc., skilled at utilizing TensorFlow,PyTorch, or Keras, deep understand CNN,RNN, GAN
4.Proficient in AI performance testing tools such as TensorBoard, MLflow, capable of developing automation and AI testing solutions
5.Proficient in setting up AI test environment, selecting evaluation models, test tools, and datasets like ImageNet、COCO
6.Familiar with ACQUA, SoundCheck, oscilloscope
7.Strong logical thinking, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
8.Good team spirit and cross-departmental collaboration ability
9.Strong learning ability and self-motivation, continually deep dive into the fields of Acoustic and AI
10.Proficient skills in reading, writing, and oral communication in English


一、岗位职责
1.负责Smart Device产品音频测试方案的设计和评估工作,确保产品质量和交付周期
2.制定测试标准、测试计划、测试用例,开发测试工具
3.搭建测试环境,构建测试数据集,评估测试模型与框架,验证算法和模型有效性及稳定性
4.参与产品生命周期内音频相关测试工作,包括功能、性能及兼容性测试,主观测试、客观测试,报告审查,缺陷闭环管理,及售后问题处理和改善应对
5.参与研发早期设计审查,识别设计风险,提供改善意见,保障音频设计质量
6.配合研发完成新方案的设计调试、导入、验收,问题验证和跟踪管理
7.完成竞品分析,并更新设计规范和验证标准,为产品规划与设计提供指导性建议
8.洞察行业趋势,把握最新技术,不断提升自身专业能力,保证测试方法及工具的领先性
9.在音视频领域有实际项目经验,如OpenCV,Librosa等。有在高负载环境下进行性能调优的经验佳

二、能力要求
1.硕士及以上学历,声学、信号处理、计算机科学、通信、数学等相关专业
2.了解声学基本原理和技术、主流算法。深刻理解模型部署与语音优化的方法,如噪声抑制、回声消除、波束形成、声源定位、盲源分离、混响去除、降噪,了解DSP相关知识更佳
3.掌握Python、C/C++等编程语言,熟练使用深度学习框架TensorFlow、PyTorch或Keras,深入理解CNN、RNN、GAN等深度学习模型
4.熟悉AI性能测试工具,如TensorBoard,MLflow等,能够开发自动化及AI测试方案
5.能熟练搭建AI测试环境,选择评测模型、数据集及工具。有使用常见数据集(如ImageNet、COCO)的经验,以及数据预处理和增强的技巧。
6.熟练应用ACQUA, SoundCheck, 示波器等工具
7.具备较强的逻辑思维, 优秀的表达沟通及系统性解决问题的能力
8.具有良好的团队精神和跨部门协作能力
9.有较强的学习能力和自我驱动力,能持续关注并学习声学及AI领域新技术
10.熟练的英语读写及口语沟通能力
