Description and Requirements

The Advisory Data Quality Analyst is responsible to ensure continued good quality of corporate data through effective stakeholder engagement and ongoing monitoring

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Participate in the data quality governance framework design and optimization, including process, standards, rules, etc.
  • Design and implement data quality rules and monitor data quality result
  • Analyze data quality issues and collaborate with business stakeholders to address the issue resolution
  • Participate in Data Quality as a Service and drive some initiatives, such as Data Quality management dashboard design and development, etc.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
  • 7+ years of experience in high tech domain working with Data Governance and Quality Solutions, Master Data Management Solutions and/or Data Management / Programming Languages.
  • Have domain expertise in SQL, data modeling, Power BI, and/or data architecture.
  • Experience in one or more data quality tools; Informatica experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity working in a global team environment, e.g., with teams in China, India, United States.
  • Self-starter and decisive personality, comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with a high sense of accountability.
  • Team and customer-service oriented, flexible and adaptable with proven ability to solve problems in a collaborative and timely manner.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
