Description and Requirements

   Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development: Responsible for defining panel specifications, prototype development, and mass production implementation. Assist the Product Manager in formulating the Market Requirements Document (MRD), and collaborate with the Technical Project Manager (TPM) to assess costs, schedule, and solutions. Resolve technical issues during development and ensure continuous quality improvement, making sure that panel maker meet project requirements, including schedules, specifications, and quality.

2. Establish Specifications and Technical Standards: Establish technical standards for panels on optical, mechanical, EE and interface, testing methods, and quality assurance standards, and drive to be industry standards.

3. Innovation Project Leadership: Lead the development of innovative projects, focusing on panel design and electronic engineering (EE) solutions for monitors, driving advancements in display technology.

4. Industry Alignment and Collaboration: Facilitate alignment of panel strategies from industry leaders with Lenovo's display strategy. Develop differentiated products and technologies through deep collaboration with key industry players, such as new integrated circuits (ICs), display materials, and optical structures, to achieve better user experience (UE) and lower costs.

5. Industry Insight and Roadmap: Stay informed about trends and dynamic information in the liquid crystal display (LCD) industry, create an innovation roadmap for panel technology, and develop strategic development plans for next-generation products to ensure the company's technology remains competitive and forward-looking.

II. Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree of EE related field.

2. 5+ years of work experience in LCD industry design and development.

3. Expert in LCD panel development, i.e. optical design, EE design (Tcon, Scalar, USB-C) and debug.

4. Familiar with industry display interface spec and design, i.e. DP, HDMI, USB-C, LVDS…

5. Customer orientated, enthusiasm on innovation, keep daily update on new tech, and strong teamwork.

6. Strong presentation skill and communication skill in both Mandarin and English.
