Description and Requirements

  • Manage EE component E2E quality from product NPI phase to EOL.
  • Deeply engage with the EE R&D team and sourcing team to do the supplier assessment for new supplier selection and introduction.
  • Work with EE component suppliers and internal cross-functional team(R&D, Sourcing team, etc) on new component qualification through risk assessment and mitigation, developing supplier process and quality control method to ensure successful parts production. 
  • Lead quality problem solving with adequate failure analysis, root cause verification and drill deep&drill wide on corrective&preventive action implementation.
  • Drive manufacturing yield improvement in both early development phase and mass production
  • Conduct quality system audit, tech assessment and process audit for risk assessment and improvement.
  • Drive supplier for continue quality system improvement.
