Flagship Product Integration - Product Integration group are accountable for the design, development and simultaneous delivery of the integrated product to a global market. 

 

The primary responsibility will be: 

Partner with our colleagues in Product Development, Software Development, Go to Market and Test organizations to ensure that the product meets the core objectives agreed in the product description, ensure that software and hardware work together in perfect symphony, drive carrier and type approval, guarantee reliable and repeatable assembly and validate technical accuracy of launch collateral. 

  • Own and drive carrier and type approvals testing, guarantee reliable and repeatable assembly at factory and validate technical accuracy of launch collateral.
  • Triage and severity assessment for any issue raised by product test, carrier validation, field test, factory, user trialists and carriers.
  • Lead the resolution of complex system issues  which may arise from any angle for a given product. 
  • Ensure Dog Food plan is in place and monitor product stability. Identify and drive stability enhancements.

Position Requirements:


Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Android RIL, Telephony, IMS components.
  • Strong domain knowledge with 3GPP 5G-NR/LTE/CDMA/UMTS/GSM related standards.
  • Strong Knowledge and hands on experience on System Selection, HandoverPerformances, hardware accelerators 
  • Proven track record in resolving End-2-End data performance issues.
  • Expert in GIT, End-2-End Data Path Integration, MOL Support. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication with excellent ability to articulate the technical details. 
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams settings. 
  • Should be a self starter, and passionate about developing innovative and high quality products. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong Domain Expertise on Protocol Stack (NAS, RRC, RLC, PDCP, MAC), LTEStack(NAS, RRC, eRLC, eMAC, ePDCP), 5G-NR Stack, TCP/IP. 
  • Experience working with North American Carriers (Vzw, ATT/TMO) backend submission process.
  • Experience working in third-party Chip-set solutions will be an added advantage. 
  • QCOM Chip-sets and QCOM development and debug tools experience will be beneficial. 
  • 5G-NR related experience on device or network side will be advantageous. 
  • Strong Expertise in Platform Services (RTOS) & Designing and developing real-time & MIPS efficient code
