Description and Requirements

Advisory Engineer, SW

Assist with site operations and reliability of the private cloud platform by troubleshooting technical and operational issues for both internal development teams and external customers. Install and configure on Prem and Cloud infrastructure which includes designing, developing infrastructure as a code, automating software deployments, and monitoring processes. Gather requirements, document/design solutions, and provide guidance regarding product setup and operations. Provide instructional guidance to other team members and external customers on the product usage and capabilities. Incidental travel may be required.


Bachelor's Degree

7 or more months of relevant experience

Ansible, Terraform, modelling toolkits, and CloudFormation or infrastructure automation; Linux Administration; Networking concepts, configuration, and administration; Internet infrastructure: firewalls, load balancing, networking, routing, application servers, storage throughput and latency.
