Description and Requirements

you will:


  • Report to Service Delivery Manager/ SSA, responsible for system design, development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise application.
  • Manage Analyst/Programmers to perform the activities following software development or maintenance lifecycle (SDLC/SMLC)
  • Collaborate with users to collect user requirements, perform impact analysis, and propose solutions for business requirements.
  • Maintain and support 7x24 Website and meeting customer SLA.
  • Maintain system design, procedures, user and system manual documentation.
  • Produce project reports and specifications.

 

you bring:


  • Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or related disciplines
  • At least three (4) years relevant IT experience including at least two (3) years of experience in system support, system analysis and design, application architecture design or software engineering. 
  • Experience in design, develop and support application in JBOSS, ORACLE 11g, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate on UNIX platform.
  • Experience / Knowledge in HK Government website is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Analyst Programmer
