Description and Requirements

- 6 to 8 years above experience of server design. Experiences to own server MB design NPI project from concept to production, at least two intel or AMD generation.

- Experiences on system architecture and design, schematics and layout design for MB and sub-cards, by working with functional teams with best can do spirit.

- Work with other hardware engineers or outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions.

- Conducts feasibility studies, design margin, validation analyses and empirical testing on the designs.

- Ensure quality and schedule by following Lenovo IHD design guide book and process.

- Check and confirm design guide book from vendors.

- Intermidiate to advance level of English competency for work communication is essential.
