Job Recruitment: Senior Consultant for Intelligent Manufacturing System Implementation (including Pre - sales and Bidding Support in Overseas Markets)

Job Description

As a senior consultant for intelligent manufacturing system implementation, collaborate with the team in the planning, implementation, and optimization of intelligent manufacturing systems, ensuring successful project delivery and exceeding customer expectations.

Play a crucial role in overseas markets by providing high - quality pre - sales consulting services, participating in the formulation and implementation of bidding strategies, and helping the company win key projects.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of intelligent manufacturing systems
o Take charge of the overall planning, design, and implementation of intelligent manufacturing system projects.
o Oversee the project progress to ensure that the project is implemented on time, meeting quality and quantity requirements.
o Resolve complex technical issues during the project implementation process and offer technical support and training.

Pre - sales consulting in overseas markets
o Gain an in - depth understanding of the needs of overseas market customers and provide customized intelligent manufacturing solutions.
o Participate in customer meetings, conduct product demonstrations and technical exchanges to boost customer confidence.
o Compose pre - sales consulting reports to provide technical support and market insights to the sales team.

Bidding strategy and proposal support
o Analyze the requirements of bidding projects and formulate bidding strategies and proposal frameworks.
o Draft detailed technical proposals, implementation plans, and cost budgets.
o Prepare bidding presentation materials, take part in bidding presentations, and strive to win the bid for the project.

Team leadership and collaboration
o Lead the project implementation team to ensure efficient cooperation among team members.
o Collaborate across departments, maintaining close communication with R & D, sales, marketing, and other departments.

Job Requirements

Educational background
o Hold a bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology, electronic engineering, or related fields.

Professional skills
o Have a proficient command of intelligent manufacturing, automation, and Internet of Things technologies.
o Have a thorough understanding of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

Language skills
o Be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling cross - cultural communication.
o Have a good command of Chinese for effective collaboration with the domestic team.

Work experience
o Have at least 5 years of work experience in intelligent manufacturing, automation, or related fields.
o Have successfully led at least one large - scale intelligent manufacturing system implementation project.
o Candidates with pre - sales consulting or bidding support experience in overseas markets are preferred.

Requirements for advanced certificates
o Hold relevant advanced certificates in the field of intelligent manufacturing, such as the Intelligent Manufacturing IT Planner Certificate, Artificial Intelligence Engineer Certification, Advanced Certificate for PLC Control and Data Acquisition Applications, etc.
o Hold relevant advanced certifications in the IT field, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL Foundation (Information Technology Infrastructure Library Certification), AWS Certification, Red Hat RHCA Certification, etc.

Continuous learning and innovation ability
o Be highly sensitive to new technologies and be willing to keep learning and innovating.
o Be able to apply new technologies to project implementation to enhance project efficiency and quality.
