Job Responsibilities

1. Own PC SW product requirement survey and define, product planning and feature design.

2. Understand and communicate product requirement with internal and external customers, drive for product innovation and technical optimization 

3. Coordinate with SW development and test team and drive for the project on time development and delivery

4. Regularly track product user data and feedback, keep optimize product feature and user experience.

5. Work out product go to MKT and promotion plan, make sure meet all user engagement and financial KPI.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor and above degree in engineering or computer science with MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

2. More than 5 years working experience as SW product manager.

3. Good sense with product analysis and design, excellent business understanding and logic.

4. Good communication and presentation skill, can lead cross team communication efficiently.

5. Fluent English both in oral and written, could use English as working language for daily report.

6. Familiar with Agile SW development process, be proficient in SW product tools , like Axure, office, Jira and so on.
