Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design custom, cost-effective service solutions for our customers. In this role, you’ll evaluate opportunities from RFPs, RFQs, and sales leads to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Solutions range from installation, deployment, and break-fix services to modern management, Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), and asset recovery.
As a Solution Architect, you'll collaborate with internal teams and service delivery partners to scope requirements, define delivery strategies, and create comprehensive service solutions. You will lead the entire opportunity lifecycle, from kickoff through to contract development and negotiation, ensuring clear and risk-free documentation. The role also involves developing customer proposals, presentations, and internal materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution development for customer opportunities, focusing on managed and professional services.
- Collaborate across multiple teams—sales, finance, service delivery, and partners—to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Create customer proposals, statements of work (SOW), and handle contract negotiations.
- Manage assigned opportunities and contribute to the overall services business.
Position Requirements:
- 8+ years of IT services experience, including 6+ years in solution development and costing for managed services, professional services, and UEM.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SOW creation, risk management, and contract negotiation.
- Direct experience with end-user device services preferred.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
