Description and Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead system engineering activities to develop Autonomous driving domain controller or Cockpit domain controller products
Keep system team qualified and strong motivated
Build related system skillset according to the business needs
Make sure the team is well organized to provide adequate support to the development activities
Improve design procedure and design workbook continuously
System requirement development
Convert market/customer requirement to product requirement
Product requirement maintenance
System architecture design
ICD (Interface Circuit Design) owner
Market and platform analysis
Take part in architect design, key component selection
Calculate key performance, such as bandwidth, interface speed, memory capacity etc..
System DFMEA
System test solution
Monitor the system function and performance during project development period and take actions if product samples can't meet expectation.
Support Validation team for bench test platform design (HW only)
BOM cost control
RFQ support
Technical window for customers
Qualifications:
Automotive/Communication/Consumer/Computer design background
8+ years of system design experience in Automotive, Aerospace or complex industrial equipment industry
3+ years of system team management experiences.
Familiar with ARM, X86 or FPGA based complex system design
Familiar with Linux, QNX or AutoSAR software architecture and ecosystem
Familiar with common bus/interface, such as Ethernet, CAN, FPDLINK, GMSL, DP, SPI, IIC, LIN, FlexRAY
Familiar with ADAS or Cockpit popular platforms architecture is preferred
Familiar with embedded system test, reliability test and EMC test requirement
Good communication and collaboration skill, willing to organize multiple stake holders to achieve accomplishments
