Description and Requirements

Responsibility:

• Work as primary interface of server project technical manager from NPI to sustaining to end of life planning, and communicate with each function teams from development to delivery.

• Host weekly team meeting and advocate on behalf of system development team to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal engineering team, marketing, supply chain, quality, and service for schedule/cost/quality to meet time-to-market requirements from pre-concept phase to product launch.

• Constantly communicate for issue/cost/schedule/quality matter through product lifecycle with marketing team.

Requirement:

• Excellent communication and influence skills; Fluent in both written and verbal English.

• Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

• Demonstrate business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.

• Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years' experience

• PMP/PMI certification preferred
