Description and Requirements
The candidate’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Maintaining track of budget & activities, getting the alliance plan approved, adverting design branding compliance check, collecting proof of execution, invoices and claiming back the alliance funds with alliance partner. The candidate will have to ensure that there is no deviation from the set process in any step while managing the overall Alliance marketing operations. The candidate will also ensure that records of transactions, alliance reimbursements, and fund transfers are all up to date and accurate on an on-going basis. This requires regular contact with Geo team members from Lenovo team, interaction with Alliance Finance team, Geo Ops Manager and Alliance partners.
