Description and Requirements

职位描述：

1. 笔写软件开发团队的管理，包括但不限于团队日常管理、笔写软件架构设计与需求分析、团队技术竞争力构建；

2. 领导团队按时按质交付笔写软件；

3. 领导团队进行算法创新和笔写系统能力构建。

任职要求:

1.    本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子、数学、物理等相关专业优先；

2.    5年以上技术团队管理经验；

3.    有Android开发经验，能够深入技术细节；

4.    有笔写开发经验优先；

5.    英文读写无障碍，口语流利者优先；

6.    思路清晰，沟通能力强，执行力强，勇于担当，工作认真、主动；有良好的团队合作精神。
