Description and Requirements

Be familiar with antenna theory and strong antenna simulation capability.
Be responsible for antenna design, tuning, testing and manufacture support for mobile phone.
Work closely with other related teams (RF, BB, ME, etc.) on product development.
Decent technical and product management skills and interface with suppliers.
Work closely with 3rd party lab to complete FCC/CE/GCF/PTCRB and carriers’ OTA certification.

Position Requirements: Telecommunication, electronic, wireless, microwave, etc. related engineering majors, and 5+ years of antenna design experience. Bachelor required. Master and PhD are preferred.
Be skilled on antenna simulation with as XFDTD, CST, HFSS, ADS etc. tools.
Hands-on experience designing and debugging products.
Have solid technical theory and depth in Antenna/RF development.
Be skilled to work with cross functional teams from multiple disciplines to reach fact-based decisions.
Capability to communicate and drive suppliers.
Strong problem of solving skills and desire to work in fast paced environment.
Component and system level troubleshooting skills.
Excellent English communication skill, both written and verbal.
