Assistant Key Account Manager


Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) Account Manager pour assister le responsable des ventes B2C des smartphones Motorola dans le développement des activités en France. Vous lui serez directement rattaché au sein de l'équipe Sales de Motorola et interagirez avec les autres équipes de Lenovo France, toutes situées dans le même bureau.

🎯 Vous assisterez le responsable des ventes ainsi que les autres key account managers B2C sur l'ensemble de son périmètre et vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Présentation des produits aux clients 
  • Appréhender les besoins commerciaux des clients et gérer le suivi quotidien
  • Participer à l’élaboration des stratégies de vente personnalisés pour chaque compte clé
  • Prendre part aux négociations commerciales
  • Suivi des outils de vente
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes, y compris les ventes , le marketing et la supply, pour assurer la réalisation des objectifs

Le rôle évoluera en fonction de la vitesse d'apprentissage, et des envies du candidat au fur et à mesure de l'avancement de la mission. Vous aurez la chance d'évoluer dans une entité récente en plein développement, le tout dans un esprit entrepreneurial où se mêleront expertise produit et vente. Cette alternance vous permettra d'appréhender de bout en bout le processus de vente, de comprendre le rôle des différents partenaires du secteur, et de maîtriser les aspects techniques des smartphones. Vous aurez des interactions régulières avec les fonctions support en Europe.

Poste basé à Rueil Malmaison, package attractif, 1 à 2 jours de télétravail, tickets restaurant, 50% du pass Navigo pris en charge, quelques déplacements à prévoir.


Contrat : Alternance de 1 ou 2 ans (idéalement 2 ans), disponibilité dès que possible.

 Apprenticeship: Account Manager - Motorola B2C (Retail focused)

Exciting opportunity to join our team in France!

We are looking for a Account Manager Apprentice to assist the Motorola Smartphone B2C sales manager in developing B2C businesses in France. You will report directly to him within the Motorola France Smartphone team and interact with other Lenovo France teams all located in the same office.

You will assist the B2C sales manager on his whole perimeter and your main missions will be the following:

  •  Competition analyses
  •  Sales & stock monitoring
  •  Customers meeting
  •  Management of the partner relationship
  •  Work with sales team to set up products & promos strategy.
  •  Field force support


The role will evolve according to the speed of learning, and the desires of the candidate as the mission progresses. You will have the chance to evolve in a recent entity in full development, all in an entrepreneurial spirit where product expertise and sales will be mixed. This work-study program will allow you to understand the sales process in a company from start to finish, to understand the role of the different partners in the sector, and to master the technical aspects of smartphones. You will have regular interactions with the technical and product teams as well as the support functions in Europe.

Position requirements: We are primarily looking for a profile with the following traits:

Beyond the profile, the following minimum skills are required:

  •  Education: minimum 3 years of higher education from a commercial background
  •  French: native
  •  English: fluent
  •  Comfortable with the office suite/google
  •  At ease with speaking to customers
  •  Available for 1 to 2 years: A 2-year work-study program ideally
