Description and Requirements

We are looking for an AI PC Solutions Manager who will be responsible for delivering commercial AI PC software solutions that enhance the productivity, security, and performance of our customers. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to define customer requirements, user experiences, and product features, and bring them to market in collaboration with the commercial PC portfolio hardware team. You will also drive ISV engagements to identify and expand the commercial Think AI capabilities for AI PCs.


Responsibilities:

  • Define the AI software roadmap for commercial PCs
  • Define software product requirements and AI user experiences for client devices.
  • Lead product development, CSW, and Lenovo Research engagements.
  • Drive ISV engagements to identify and expand commercial Think AI capabilities for AI PCs.
  • Coordinate with the commercial PC portfolio hardware team to create integrated solutions.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, business development, or consulting roles within the technology sector

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of PC hardware, software, or AI technologies, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving collaborative initiatives across diverse teams and functions, delivering results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strategic mindset with a keen analytical ability, capable of synthesizing market insights and customer feedback to drive innovation and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, trends, and their applications in the Enterprise IT industry.

This position will be based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC.  Our office has transitioned to a hybrid work environment supporting 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
