Description and Requirements

IT Asset Inventory Management including the Hardware and Software Assets.
•    Allocation, De-allocation, and Tracking of IT Assets and Accessories.
•    Ability to define/Modify wherever required to improve the procedures for Asset Management.
•    Maintain/track the inventory / AMC /Warranty details at the site.
•    Responsible for Maintain Warranty Information on All IT-related Assets Notify concerned stakeholders.
•    Responsible for maintaining Day-to Day Activities, Records Accurately both in the form of Hard and Soft Copies.
•    Asset classification and categorization. 
•    Maintain asset Lost details.
•    Maintain not working /Scrap asset details. 
•    Maintain an updated Asset Database online for both Hardware and Software Assets / Verify the CMDB immediately after every IMAC activity and Change Activities. 
•    Monthly MIS/Weekly reports on asset Management.
•    Updating the concerned stakeholders on the details of the End-of-life period for the assets. 
Internal/External Audit and reporting.
•    Should be able to work under pressure. 
•    Maintain the inventory of Spare Management.
•    Software License Management.
•    Responsible for maintaining the Monthly List of Allocations Movements Release software allocation Accessories etc. 
•    Store Management for spares, Consumables like Printer Cartridges, etc. 
•    Aware of Asset life-cycle management. 
•    Ability to coordinate with external vendors. 
•    Ability to lead a team/team player.  
•    Should have experience in Application handling of assets. 
•    Should be an expert in MS Excel.
