Description and Requirements

Lenovo is currently looking for a Quality Engineer Associate to work at our fulfilment, second stage configuration and repair center, overviewing the test of our products and procedures and ensure they meet safety and quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with various inspection techniques and be able to act as an auditor for all of our internal systems identifying issues and recommending solutions.

Must have a good understanding of data analysis and be able to identify trends, root cause analysis and act on solutions.


  • Be available to work on site at Whitsett, NC (not a remote or work from home position)
  • Associate or Bachelor level degree in Engineering, Technical Field or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably electronic industry
  • Knowledge of Quality tools/methodologies (8D, FMEA, 5S, 6 Sigma, etc)
  • ASQ certification is a plus
