Description and Requirements

This position is a hybrid opportunity and requires work in a onsite lab/office setting every week. Currently we are considering candidates that live in the Raleigh area.


Lenovo’s quality team is currently seeking a early career beta and returns reduction program manager for PC and smart devices. In this exciting position you will be part of our Customer Quality Engineering team working to identify issues on unannounced and new products through beta testing.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and oversee beta test for laptop, tablet, smart devices and other products as needed
  • Drive defect resolution with product owners
  • Identify and recruit beta test participants
  • Create surveys to collect qualitative data from beta users
  • Data analysis of customer survey feedback and product return performance
  • Creation of data analysis dashboards as needed

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows OS
  • Basic PC hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of PC technologies (PCIe, NVMe, USB, etc)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Superior PowerPoint skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work some evening hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of early career experience
  • Interest in PC gaming and technology
  • Windows deployment and imaging
  • Simple scripting for automation
  • Chrome OS
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
