Description and Requirements

We are looking for a WW Special Bid Manager, within ISG’s Product Enablement Team, to help support special bid requests for software/hardware enablement opportunities in ISG. You will report to the Business Operation Manager.

This position will have a direct impact on Lenovo ISG sales and revenue. You will own the relationship with multiple organizations within ISG including development, supply chain, IT, sales, and marketing and be responsible for enablement of custom solutions unique to the ISG portfolio.




Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales of special bid configurations for multiple products.
  • Collaborate with bid managers, product assurance, and development teams to meet delivery deadlines and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate activities between global teams and field sales.
  • Maintain comprehensive bid documentation.
  • Facilitate bid reviews and address stakeholder concerns.
  • Refine and improve bid processes and templates.
  • Resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.
  • Build relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders within ISG.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in the technology industry, preferably in the data centre or hardware.
  • Project management experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills with peers and management.
  • Ability to lead diverse global teams to meet project milestones.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Base gross monthly salary from  2500 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
