Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to oversee product management for the consumer segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and strategy of the product portfolio, ensuring growth and profitability for the business line. This role requires a professional with strong knowledge of marketing strategies (4Ps), P&L management, and end-to-end product management experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Portfolio Management:

    • Lead the planning and execution of the consumer product portfolio, including: Notebooks, Tablets, All-in-One PCs, Accessories, Software, and Smart Solutions.

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies (4Ps: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) to maximize profitability and market share.

    • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in the portfolio.


    • Collaboration with Sales:

    • Work closely with the Sales Manager and the sales team to ensure alignment between product strategies and market needs.

    • Provide support in defining key messages and training for the sales team to ensure proper execution of product strategies.


  2. Financial Analysis and Profitability:

    • Manage the P&L (Profit & Loss) for the portfolio, ensuring profitability and meeting financial targets.

    • Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions.


  3. Coordination with Marketing:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team on the development of campaigns, promotional materials, and key messages to drive demand and product positioning.

    • Ensure product strategies are aligned with marketing and communication initiatives.


  4. End-to-End Product Management:

    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch management.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (logistics, supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of product strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the consumer segment.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies (4Ps) and P&L management.

  • Experience in end-to-end product management, from planning to execution.

  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and market data.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

  • Knowledge of the Colombian market and technology industry (preferred).
