Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations:

The  Budget & Governance Specialist supports the planning, maintenance, and tracking of marketing budget to ensure resources are aligned to marketing priorities.

As part of this role, the Budget & Governance Specialist is expected to support:

  • Regular spend tracking and BMS with IDG marketing segment and functional leads to ensure full utilization of the gross marketing budget (net + alliance budget)
  • Regular interlock with alliance partners to ensure allocations, campaign approvals, POE submissions and reimbursements are on-track
  • Maintenance of full year budget and plan visibility for executive review
  • E2E tracking of investments from plan to payment with the support of partner teams

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, mathematics or equivalent combination of education
  • 5+ years working experience in carrier or global forwarding will be preferential
  • Mathematical modeling skills or experience will be preferential
  • Strong in data driven and data analyze
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills, self-motivate
  • Fluent English
