Description and Requirements

Do you challenge the ordinary? Can you bring superb data and analytical skills to provide customer insights to our Strategic Solutions Sales team to drive additional business?
We are recruiting for a Business Analyst (BA) to join us as we transform the workplace with our innovative solutions. Is that you?   

Our BAs understand how customer business trends and problems translate into technical solutions which can be delivered by Lenovo.  You will be comfortable in taking information from multiple research sources and providing solid analysis as input to Lenovo’s sales strategies for industries and individual strategic accounts. 
 
You will become a key member of the extended Solution Selling Team (SST) within EMEA; reporting directly into the EMEA Solution Sales Manager and matrixed to Senior Sales leaders across the EMEA region.
 
What will be your key roles & responsibilities? 
Collation and analysis of market, technology and customer data to identify key industry trends and mapping these trends to Lenovo’s offerings
Providing guidance and input to Strategic Sales management and account management to direct sales strategies towards current and future customer needs in order to increase revenues and margins, expand share of wallet and increase Lenovo’s value to our customers
Working with Solutions Architects within the Strategic Solutions sales team to design go-to-market solutions and communications
Primary contact for competitive benchmarking and driving the business case in proposals for solution sales efforts
Planning, execution and reporting of solution selling business. Working as a link between EMEA and Worldwide teams on tasks including quarterly planning, corrective actions and strategic initiatives in order to meet organizational goals and initiatives 
 
What will help you to get your job done? 
Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s degree preferred 
5 years operations experience providing analytical reporting and business insight 
High levels of business and financial acumen and the ability to apply critical thinking in utilizing data to develop strategic action plans.  
A real spreadsheet wizard with experience of data manipulation and building excel based dashboards. PowerBi programming experience an advantage. 
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills a must – able to think through issues, and provide workable solutions which are thought out end to end.  
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
Positive, and energetic attitude and a strong desire to provide excellence in stakeholder engagement, and in change management activities
Superior communication skills in English – oral, written and presentation skills with management and peers.  PowerPoint mastery is an advantage.
