Why Work at Lenovo
Description and Requirements
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created team driving improvements in Lenovo’s as-a-service solution portfolio while also supporting individual bids requiring custom solutions. This team is part of Lenovo TruScale, which focuses on enabling our customers to access industry-leading computing resources as a pay-for-what-you-use subscription. This team’s goal is to support TruScale growth by enabling consistent, efficient, and positive services experiences driving expansion and renewal.
Lenovo’s TruScale Services are growing, and Lenovo has designed an increasingly broad set of capabilities to be leveraged across our service offerings. We need creative, organized, detail-oriented people to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the TruScale portfolio. While our offering management teams are focused on launching and updating a set of standard offerings with a specific technology focus, this Portfolio Experience team takes on special projects to leverage unique TruScale capabilities across multiple offerings. Examples include how/when to utilize service delivery partners, refurbished equipment, 3rd party solution components, or metering tools to provide pay-for-use models. When customers require custom TruScale services, this team will guide our technology consultants and sellers to the optimal services design for custom bids.
