Description and Requirements

Business Development Manager

Responsible for

  • Maintain the good relationship with business partners and Telcos for building new marketing programs and developing new business opportunities
  • Forecast demand for all channels. Evaluate associated risks and plan contingency
  • Maintain sell through, sell out, and inventories report.
  • Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) process
  • Manage customer service performance by closely monitoring the field return and claim stats on a weekly basis
  • Work closely with cross-functional QA groups and channel partners to identify risk areas and test coverage gaps, develop testing around them, and represent QA concerns in cross-functional meetings. Ensure full test coverage for feature being tested.
  • Identify, reproduce and report issues with crisp supporting data. Drive critical issues to closure by partnering with relevant hardware, software and quality teams.

Qualification

  • 10 years or more of working experience in mobile business
     
  • Bachelor's degree or above
     
  • Strategic thinking
     
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
     
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skill
