Description and Requirements

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial business leader to join our team to drive collaboration and business strategy with our customers and business partners including verticals, telco carriers, retailers, distributors, ecosystem players, and outside innovators.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Identify business opportunities and build a business development pipeline to achieve our business goals   
  • Collaborate with geos and sales teams to support customer meetings, presentations, product demos, and other business events
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders and collaborate with them to develop and execute business initiatives, business growth plan, and long-term strategies  
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis and provide executives and product teams meaningful business insights
  • Identify and evaluate collaboration opportunities with high-potential startups or outside innovators in emerging technology areas such as XR, AI, virtual human, face tracking, body tracking, etc.

The ideal candidates will have a strong track record in business development, deep understanding and connection with carriers, retailers, e-tailers, or channel partners in North America and West Europe. Key qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of experience of business development, partnerships development, partner management, or sales functions in technology field
  • Experience and in-depth understanding of PRC vertical customers and B2B business
  • Ability to develop growth strategy and business models to ensure win-win outcomes for Lenovo and our business partners
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Deep knowledge of emerging technologies such as AR, VR, AI, virtual human, face/body tracking, or cloud computing
  • Experience structuring and executing MOU and business negotiation
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally
  • Familiarity with Unreal and other 3D engines is a big bonus
