We are currently looking for Business Development Manager Workstation Channel Benelux, who is recognized expert in business development and preferably in workstation market (Notebook and Desktop) involving major ISV such as Autodesk, Adobe, PTC, Solidworks, Dassault, Siemens… You will be accountable for the development of the workstation business in the country/region , personal Sales Incentive Plan being set accordingly. You will be responsible for: • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities in the market to develop the workstation business • Developing with the channel team the right Go To Market plan, channel expansion program (including Tele Sales to end-users or Business Partners), incentive plan to support WS hyper growth in commercial •Building the necessary WS Eco-system •Acquiring and developing Workstation channel partners to address market needs and support Lenovo expansion in this solution offering • Driving the usage by partners of our tools and processes (bid portal, CTO tool, …) • Developing relationship with ISV to enable sales through certification, trade marketing program, support on large deals • Building action plans with each segment leader to develop our share of wallet • Interacting with the Workstation EMEA and local team to get insights on our competitive position • Interface with Marketing to have the right marketing mix in place at regional level • Building strong relationships with the Country/Region Sales team & Management • Minimum of 5+ years experience in business development role in the IT industry • Proven track record in sales of volume products (preferably PC’s) • Commitment & action oriented • Track of record in building and executing business development plans • Fluency in Dutch and English • Superior understanding of key country Corporate IT market Lenovo offers • An open and stimulating working environment within one of the most forward-thinking IT companies • Nonhierarchical organization and fast decision-making processes • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life, working from home facilities • Being part of an international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity • Attractive compensation package We are looking forward to discussing this position with you soon!
