Description and Requirements




Responsibilities:


  • Map the EDU segment opportunities in Spain, targeting primary schools, regional governments, and universities.
  • Develop and implement the best country-specific strategy focused on key pillars: Customer Acquisition, Revenue, and Profit.
  • Collaborate with Large Account teams to plan and execute quarterly campaigns.
  • Manage the pipeline for large deals, ensuring alignment with sales targets and supply chain support.
  • Assist sellers in building strategic plans and establishing high-level relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead Lenovo’s Education Transformation value proposition, providing insight and thought leadership to customers.
  • Drive business growth by converting top EDU accounts to enhance Lenovo's share of wallet.
  • Coordinate with local and EMEA marketing teams to initiate actions that drive business growth and enhance the BP and EDU ecosystem.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in product or business management within the IT sector, particularly in the education segment (sales, marketing, or product management).
  • Strong understanding of IT go-to-market strategies, channels, and competition, with a network in the Spanish market.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a matrix, multi-cultural, and multi-country organization.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills; other languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Dynamics, Power BI, CRM, and pipeline management.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to leverage extended teams and alliances effectively.
  • Strong business acumen, financial skills, and project management expertise, with the ability to analyze and drive successful outcomes.
