Description and Requirements
The Business Intelligence Analyst analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. The analyst will produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
The role will report to the REL Business Management Leader and will have interlock with IDG / WW Sales Ops, Geo / Market Sales Ops, as well as GSC and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build an automated visual Qlik / PBI BMS measurement reporting dashboard including Core, Adjacencies and Next Wave business which delivers intelligence and trends along with current quarter/ CQ+1 data weekly and also performs IDC data analysis (Power BI dashboards for IDC / Lenovo data trends on actual / forecast)
- Build an AI driven automated Business Management System using Sales and Financial data
- Cadence / Forecast support to identify gaps, opportunities and validate forecast based assumptions (i.e. AURs, Attach rates etc.) and make recommendations to WW BM on actions to be taken
- Analyze and understand trends in key metrics, guiding the Business Management team to drive corrective actions and Investigations

- Support and drives REL Process improvement and deploys business related initiatives within the BM (i.e. reporting transformation, RAD Operationalization, specific sales enablement initiatives)
- Develop and share reporting necessary for Alliance partner programs
Basic Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Finance or Operations
- Project management skills
- Experience using at least one of the following: Optimus, PRA, QLIK, POWER BI, Dynamics, GSC systems, etc.
- Superior Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills
