Description and Requirements

R&R

1.      Contribute to the operations of Power BI COE thru various activities:

a.      continuous research and discovery of Power BI functionality enhancements;

b.      governance process setup and monitoring;

c.      engagement with and consultations to Power BI developer and user community;

d.      developer and user training.

2.      Participate in specific Power BI development projects throughout its lifecycle:

a.      Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights;

b.      Design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions as per the needs (including end-to-end ETL process);

c.      Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems.

3.      Work with users and team members at all level for performance improvement and suggestions.

Requirements

  1. Proficient in SQL and BI technologies, especially Power BI, with at least 3 years of experience with hands-on BI development.
  2. Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Computer Science related fields.
  3. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  4. Customer-focused & team-work mindset and attitude.
