Responsibilities：

1.         Responsible for BU BMS, strategy planning and executions. Including the daily operation of the BU include but not limit to HC tracking, KPI and financial data monitoring.

2.         Work as “laywer” to build up logical storyline to illustrate business insights based on different type of request by using data and facts. 

3.         Responsible for the continuous optimization of operating procedures and methodology, and assisting in the achievement of Operation efficiency & KPIs.

4.         Cross-team communication and coordination to find the gaps for team and improve operational efficiency and delivery quality.

5.         In view of business problems, carry out special research, and explore better solutions through experimental design, data analysis, and other methods.

6.         Focus on the core business indicators of the department, output business analysis reports, and provide decision-making basis for the team management.

Requirements：

1.         Bachelor's degree or above.

2.         10+ years of relevant work experience running operational processes supporting a business, 5+ years of experience in business analysis/financial analysis or other relevant fields.

3.         Experience in MNC is preferred, especially in the business area of IT services, or IT solutions.

4.         Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5.         Proficiency in PPT, have ability to communicate with various executives to convert massive message and information into a structured format to support decision.

6.         Familiar with Power Query.

7.         Ability to work in a team & flexibility.
