The role – Business Process Automation Services Leader
Our fast-growing Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) organization is looking for an individual to lead our Automation Services team.
This is highly visible, and the individual will report directly to the Director of Partners Management, DWS and act as the subject matter expert representing the DWS offering team. Their responsibilities will span across ISV Relationship Management, devising go-to-market strategy and assisting Lenovo sales teams in go-to-market motions to accelerate the growth of Lenovo’s Automation Services. The ideal candidate needs to thrive on working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to successfully navigate multiple concurrent projects, prioritize according to business needs, and work in coordination with partners, offering teams, sales teams and other functions across the business to drive success.
As Automation Services Leader, you are the key to building a successful automation practice and DWS revenue growth.
You will
- Own the performance tracking and analytical responsibilities across DWS managed services portfolio.
- Understand cost and revenue models.
- Establish sales and partner performance tracking framework.
- Track pipeline and sales execution.
- Generate reports on partner project delivery and revenue generation performance.
- Provide periodical reports covering sales pipeline, revenue performance and project delivery performance to executives, cross-functional teams and strategic partners.
- Provide governance to ensure integrity associated with revenue & profitability.
You bring:
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, business development, go-to-market strategy or similar customer-facing roles
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in creating automation with tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
- Consulting certifications from UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
- Extensive working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Low-Code/No-Code Platforms, Business Process Management (BPM) Platforms, Workflow Automation
- Industry knowledge in manufacturing, retail or e-commerce verticals with an understanding of common system architectures
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and analyze its financial and efficiency impacts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey strategic directions to internal stakeholders and participate in customer-facing selling motions as required by sales teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in setting up automation COEs
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
- In-depth knowledge of automation opportunities in areas such as Finance, HR, Sales Operations, and Procurement
- Hands-on experience with common ERP, CRM, SCM, and CSM platforms
