Job Description

Business/ Planning
• Co-work with country sales team & regional PM team to maximize margin and increase market share for all managed consumer product
• Responsible for building, implementing, & executing country’s product demand generation programs, which align to quarterly & annual financial goals
• Evaluate performance & Sell Out result at appropriate interval (Week/Month/Quarter) and instigate corrective actions to keep country on track to achieve target
• Provide relevant input to the annual & quarterly planning cycles by review key financials (Units, Product-mix, AUR, Rev$, Margin$)
• Identify opportunity to partner with alliances to grow business

Product Related
• Effectively manage Product Transitions with a view to maximizing revenue & profit
• Ensure accurate forecasting for relevant products; co-owner (Country Sales & Regional PM) for country’s forecast
• Effectively differentiates Lenovo offerings from competitive alternatives and creates distinct customer preference for Lenovo offerings.

• Determine customer needs through participation in Sales & Customer meetings; recommend and position appropriate product to customers
• Detail analyzing competitors’ “SPEC/Price/Promotion” to create appropriate product SPEC, position, pricing and SO program

 

Position Requirements:

Technical:
• Strong understanding of product life cycle management and Launch plan
• Strong understanding of promotional programs mechanics for consumer markets
• Good understanding of corporate customer buying behavior
• Good understanding of
technology about PC and 3C products
• Maintains mastery of competition's offerings, strategies, and plans

Non-Technical:
• Strong drive for results
• Strong interpersonal skill & keen attention to details
• Ability to manage through influence, negotiation

• Good team work member to listen and focus on win-win solution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

Work experience: 6-8 Years
