Description and Requirements
The Sales Support Team Lead position is responsible for the overall operations and results of the CBSO operations for the EMEA region. CBSO is a support organization for the IDG APOS sales team which handles Service Contracts and helps with APOS quoting. Team works very closely with the Sales organizations (both Direct and Business Partners).
Operational responsibilities:
- Preparation of maintenance and service proposal and Price Quotes Creation
- Contract creation and registration
- Validation of terms and conditions
- Contract maintenance
- Contract renewals
- Financial claims handling activities
- Audit ready documentation creation and storage maintenance
- Identify and implement efficiencies in our processes and tools.
- Actively participate on development and testing of Nextgen tool (new tool for CBSO quoting)
Management responsibilities
- BMS strategic planning
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Maintain metrics and reporting for measuring process improvement
- Discuss and drive individual development and individual performance metrics
- Oversee day-to-day operation, workload distribution
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Listen to and motivate team members
- Suggest and organize team building activities
- Care for the health, safety, and welfare of your people
Position Requirements:
- 1+ year experience with leading people, preferable in a Sales Support or Services organization
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Ability to work in an environment with aggressive deadlines and production environments
- Detail oriented, highly organized, decisive, and self-motivated
