Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Providing Customer Service Support This CSR role’s primary function will be communicating directly with the customer supporting the Refresh devices at Lenovo Configuration Services Facility (CFS).   
  • As deemed appropriate other CFS related task related to end customers.
  • Communicate directly with the customer end users ensuring their devices are refreshed, timely and accurately.
  • Responding the customer promptly to customers inquiries / questions.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer at all times.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Working knowledge of computer refresh process of devices and basic troubleshooting of PC devices
  • Track devices as it passes through the various stages / warehouse locations of the configuration services facility.
  • Provide accurate reports on all activities performed at this center on a daily, weekly and/ or monthly basis.
  • Actively assess/contribute to the continuous improvement of work, standards, processes and methodologies
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment within the Lenovo configuration services facility.
  • Has the ability to work in a high-pressure environment to tight time to meet customer required service levels.
  • Can manage and priorities large volumes of freight/orders

Basic Qualifications:

·       Associate Degree or Technical Certification

  • 1+ years of demonstrated and relevant work experience
  • Technical Knowledge on Client (Notebook & Tablets)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Communicate effectively, professionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Services Industry and ‘ITIL’ acumen
  • Good ability to communicate ideas, sound knowledge of MS Products
  • Strong understanding of the warranty model
  • Fluent in English. Additional language skills welcomed.
