Description and Requirements

Motorola Mobility, a Lenovo Company, is looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial self-starter who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, willing to accept challenges, and get the job done. As a CRM campaign strategist, this individual will have an integral role in helping to drive ecommerce sales by developing and implementing the CRM email and push marketing strategy. This person understands CRM fundamentals and will work cross-functionally with eComm, channel, IT, creative and other marketing teams, coordinating CRM marketing efforts to drive eCommerce sales and further enhance the consumer experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall CRM strategy and planning, including both email and push marketing

  • Take ownership of CRM timeline and work closely with internal teams to manage launch dates for promos, products and campaigns

  • Work closely with the creative team to brief and review all creative

  • Oversee Email development timeline to ensure we are meeting deadlines

  • Host weekly status meetings with team

  • Work closely with analytics team to implement KPI tracking benchmarks and report out on campaign results

  • Maintain the roadmap for testing and optimization and make recommendations for improvement

  • Define and maintain best practices, including customer preferences and personalized messaging

  • Stay current on industry benchmarks, emerging trends and best practices

Position Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in CRM and/or email and push marketing

  • Capable in Microsoft Office and Google Docs

  • Knowledgeable/interest in tech industry

  • Driven individual with entrepreneurial mindset ready to work in startup like environment

  • Experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Tableau or similar analytics tools 

  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus

  • Knowledgeable in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and A/B testing

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
