As a Motorola Mobility CRM campaign manager, you have the opportunity to execute email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, in addition to executing push marketing campaigns within an internal marketing automation platform. You will get to partner with the Digital Marketing lead to understand CRM strategies and how they can be managed through campaign targeting, segmentation and deployment.
Responsibilities
Execute email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Manage all aspects of campaign targeting, segmentation and deployment
Provide reporting and analytics of campaign performance
Manage all testing of campaigns and database segments
Work closely with team members to contribute to overall CRM strategy
Provide reporting and analysis of performance by campaign, segment and channel to identify optimization opportunities
Train end users on the use of the CRM (Salesforce) platform to retrieve data, read reports, and input data
Export and input data sets as requested
Provide support on campaign setup for data-driven marketing campaign execution
Collaborate with internal team members to provide end users guidance on data-driven marketing campaign best practices
Champion the use of tests to optimize performance, with emphasis on the use of control groups to accurately measure incremental impact of marketing initiatives
Provide reporting and analysis of performance by campaign, segment and channel to identify optimization opportunities
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of experience in CRM campaign management
1+ years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Bachelor’s degree
Strong understanding of CRM database management including segmentation and targeting using SQL
Experience in campaign deployment, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
