This is a position for an EMEA CRM eCommerce & Retail Senior Specialist – Motorola in the Mobile Business Group, one of the fastest growing divisions for Lenovo group. You will report to our Senior Marketing Manager, Motorola EMEA. 

The role is open in Spain, Italy and Poland. 


Your Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize CRM campaigns across eCommerce and brand sites to boost customer loyalty, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Design customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns for segmented audiences, focusing on retention, reactivation, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Analyze customer data and purchase behavior to create targeted marketing strategies aimed at improving Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)


eCommerce Marketing:

  • Supporting eCommerce Promotion plan with CRM activities, SEM, Affiliate Marketing and other paid media channels. Potentially run all SEM for all active EMEA countries
  • Content management for Motoverse
  • Manage trade in and review programme for eCommerce countries


Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance metrics for CRM and DG marketing, such as open rates, conversion rates, retention rates, and other KPIs
  • Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and campaigns, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure ROI, recommend improvements, and inform future strategies


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, eCommerce) to ensure alignment with business goals and customer experience enhancements
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to optimize customer touchpoints

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field and 3-5 years of experience in DG marketing management, preferably with focus on SEM and Affiliate marketing
  • Experience in managing email marketing, customer segmentation, and data-driven campaigns; Experience with content management is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and customer insights
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with a collaborative approach
  • Proficiency in English
