Description and Requirements


As a Customer Fulfillment Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every order is shipped according to our Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will learn about our portfolio, gain an overview of the supply chain process, and develop your analytical thinking and reasoning skills. This role will enhance your leadership and communication abilities, provide opportunities to network with local and worldwide teams, and involve you in executive presentations and innovative projects.


In this role you will :
  • Manage CSP parts and ensure orders ship according to SLA.
  • Drive supply or material allocation and interlock with multiple teams on critical orders and open issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and logistics to meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct shortage analysis and reporting and control risk buys.
  • Review daily backlog to address potential issues affecting customers proactively.

Position Requirements :
  • Bachelors / Masters Degree or equivalent business experience
  • 1-3 years of experience , ideally in a similar role
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in SAP S4, IPS, and BSR
  • Strong English language skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
